Facility Description:

  • Reception area: holds approx. 60ppl for sit-down meal/buffet and approx. 100ppl for social/reception. Max occupancy is 150

  • Kitchenette: Sink, counter space, and mini fridge

  • Saltwater aquariums: small aquariums lead to our large, 5,000 gallon aquarium home to many different species of local marine life.

  • Outside deck: located off the main entryway and can hold several tents/tables (tents not provided by DIPAC)

Rental Includes:

  • Set-up & break-down for up to 18 tables (6ft, sits 6-8ppl) and 60 chairs

  • Six cocktail tables

  • Surround sound stereo (compatible with cds, ipod, mp3 player)

  • 60" TV

  • Available upon request: podium, microphone, & projector screen

  • For an additional fee: coffee service, white linens

  • 1 hour of set up time for decorations and 1 hour of break down time to clean up. Clean up of party is the responsibility of the tenant. DIPAC will empty the trash cans.

  • Extra charges may be applied for extra cleanup/setup hours

Holiday Parties:

During the month of December, the Visitor's Center is transformed into a holiday wonderland with festive lights, decorations, and one spectacular Christmas tree! It's the perfect place for a friends & family holiday celebration or company party. Remember to book early - prime weekends leading up to Christmas fill up months in advance!
